"After 8 months of Bikram’s Yoga, I have received some amazing benefits. Since my father died of senile dementia after twelve years of gradually forgetting everything, I was definitely having worrying senior moments and getting worse at multi-tasking. I’m happy to say that I am getting things done in half the time with much less stress, and my concentration has improved dramatically, so the time devoted to Bikram’s is worth it! I still teach College English classes and find I’m doing it with much more enjoyment and less strain. After two months of yoga, a persistent pinched nerve healed, bursitis in my thigh disappeared, and I can now straighten out the fingers of my hands, which were becoming crippled with osteroarthritis. My blood pressure, which was way up dropped to a point where I need only half the dose. I’m working on bringing it down to normal and eliminating the medicine.
